The HR Payroll Manager oversees accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role manages payroll operations, leads a payroll team, and collaborates with HR, Finance, and vendors to maintain effective systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise Payroll Specialists.
• Process and approve multi-state, bi-weekly payroll for salaried / hourly staff.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings, benefits deductions, and garnishments.
• Maintain payroll compliance and handle audits and reporting.
• Administer year-end reporting (W-2, ACA).
• Coordinate with HR on new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave.
• Manage payroll systems (HRIS / payroll software) and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
