Reimbursement Manager

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Manager to oversee financial impacts and compliance related to Medicare / Medicaid regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and presents financial impacts of new Medicare / Medicaid regulations to senior management

Manages daily operations of the reimbursement group, including staff assignments and project prioritization

Ensures compliance with Medicare / Medicaid regulations and prepares necessary documentation for reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications

Seven years of reimbursement experience in a healthcare setting, including two years in a management role

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting

Experience with end-to-end Medicare cost reporting, including audits and appeals

Familiarity with vendor coordination and provider enrollment processes

Knowledge of changing regulations through continuous education and research
