Commercial Construction Superintendent, Indianapolis, IN (Projects within 75 miles — home every night). $100K–$110K base + attainable bonus. 6 weeks PTO + 7 paid holidays. We're working with a fast-growing, family-operated general contractor delivering ground-up builds, complex tenant improvements, and community projects across Central Indiana. Projects range from $250K to $15M — diverse, challenging, and the kind you'll be proud to drive past with your family and say, "I built that."
