Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and OSHA 10-hour certification required. Associate's degree in construction management or related field preferred. Tri-Tech Construction Services Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage field activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all field operations on commercial construction job sites.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.
- Conduct daily site reports and maintain accurate documentation using construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Hold regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to maintain project timelines and address issues.
- Resolve field conflicts and adapt project plans in real time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite environment.
