Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Courtyard Raleigh-Cary / Crossroads as our current General Manager prepares for a well-deserved retirement. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving financial performance, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and developing a motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational direction across all hotel departments.
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining Marriott brand standards and delivering exceptional service.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profit goals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing associate team.
- Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and the local community.
- Ensure compliance with all brand, company, and legal standards.
Qualifications
Minimum of 35 years of successful experience as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott brand experience strongly preferred).Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver results.Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and developing associate talent.Why Join Us?
