JOB DESCRIPTION

A manufacturing client is looking for a seasoned VP of Service Operations to lead their Blackwood, NJ headquarters, overseeing a dynamic team of 130+ professionals across field service, customer support, warranty, training, and aftermarket care. This role is critical to driving operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience from the manufacturing, material handling or large-scale field service industries, and have a proven track record of managing distributed teams and improving service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

This is a permanent role that requires being onsite in Blackwood, NJ and 25% travel domestically to client sites and Colorado headquarters. Compensation : $130,000 to $200,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
