• Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and community resources to facilitate successful activity programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to maximize participation and enjoyment
• Maintain activity supplies, equipment, and documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and enhances residents’ overall well-being
