As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in production operations. This role involves leading engineering teams, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, executing New Product Development, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.

You Will :

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.

Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workstations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Product Management) to support product launches and engineering changes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards.

Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in cycle time, yield, and cost.

Manage capital equipment projects, from justification and budgeting to procurement and installation.

Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.

Stay current with industry trends, technology, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

You Have :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience : 5-10 years in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Skills : Strong analytical abilities, project management experience, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of statistical process control.

Certifications : SMfgE, Six Sigma

Work Environment :

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
