Hourly | Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the critical link between accident investigations, claims management, compliance, and safety data analysis. Every day brings something new :

• Oversee auto, bodily injury, and general liability claims in partnership with our insurance carriers and TPAs.
• Support accident and injury investigations, keeping our Safety Registers accurate and up to date.
• Manage drug & alcohol program compliance, quarterly random testing, and FMCSA reporting.
• Monitor driver MVRs and ensure all records are clean and compliant.
• Play a hands-on role in dispute resolution, arbitration, and special projects that safeguard our operations.
• Partner with the Director of Safety & Risk to deliver timely, thorough responses that keep our drivers, terminals, and company protected.
