Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage, train, and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor sales, labor, and operational costs to achieve financial goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly
- Support marketing, promotions, and special events to drive traffic and revenue
