The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to lead our efforts in executing high-impact marketing campaigns, strengthening internal communications, and scaling our brand presence across the enterprise. This role is responsible for the seamless implementation of strategic initiatives, events, and communications that drive engagement and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is an innovative, data-driven leader with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

What You'll Do

• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution : Support the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans. Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts. Ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality execution across all marketing initiatives and touchpoints.
• Internal Communications : Coordinate internal communications including Town Halls, leadership messaging, and SharePoint updates. Strengthen employee engagement through clear, branded messaging and content. Partner with stakeholders to align communications with organizational goals.
• Brand & Communications : Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and messaging. Partner with creative resources to review and coordinate updates to content and visual assets. Facilitate alignment of brand usage across departments and initiatives, supporting enterprise-wide messaging and communications.
• Events & Promotions : Coordinate marketing logistics, timelines, and materials for trade shows, conferences, and promotional events. Support cross-functional teams in executing event-related communications and collateral, ensuring all touchpoints reflect the brand consistently. Track event performance and provide insights to optimize future activations.
• Operations & Support : Manage marketing requests, timelines, and workflows. Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth execution. Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
