About the role

ALS is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for full-time Clinical Recruiter in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. The Call Center Representative / Clinical Recruiter 1 has the following duties :

• Screens panelists for clinical trials over the phone
• high call volume experience in a call center or similar environment preferred.”
• Schedules panelists for clinical trials
• Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, taking detailed messages when necessary
• Updates panelist information in the panelist database
• Enters new panelist information sheets into panelist database
• Sends panelist information sheets to prospective panelists via mail, email and / or fax (this responsibility is shared with Supervisor of Recruiting
• Makes reminder calls to panelists
• Makes cancellation calls to panelists when needed
• Pays owed referral fee(s) to the appropriate person
• Performs Receptionist duties as needed
• Archives panelists’ applications
• Assists Supervisor of Recruiting with other tasks assigned
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

About you :

Call Center Representative / Clinical Recruiter 1 positions are full time (40 hours per week), onsite, with starting rate of $19.00 per hour. Working conditions :
