About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, analytical marketing professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the market perception of our products and communicating their value to drive growth and support our leadership position. This is a rare opportunity to build the product marketing function from the ground up, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that directly impact revenue.

What You'll Do

• Manage product marketing capability : define the capability, establish the roadmap, and build the product marketing foundations needed to support growth
• Market research and analysis : conduct in-depth market research to identify client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Leverage data to uncover insights and inform marketing and product strategies
• Data-driven strategy development : synthesize insights to identify new recommendations for improving marketing and business results. Use hypothesis-led, data-driven approach to shape go-to-market strategies and evaluate performance
• Product positioning and messaging : develop compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and differentiation of our products to target dealers and their needs. Craft clear concise messaging for various marketing channels and buyer personas
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans : drive product launches and feature updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and legal, to ensure successful execution
• Operational excellence : implement team rituals and streamline processes to improve visibility, accelerate speed to market, and drive operational efficiency
• Team leadership : guide and enhance the career and skill development of direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance

Location : Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $98,200 to $135,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
