Hybrid Customer Care Representative
Our client in the pet pharmaceutical field is seeking hybrid customer service reps to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will play a critical role in the company's customer support department. The ideal candidate would have experience in call center role, great customer service skills and a willingness to help others. This will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Hybrid Customer Care Representative
Location : Swedesboro, NJ Pay Range : $18-$20 +weekly and monthly bonuses Schedule : 6 weeks paid in-classroom training in Swedesboro, NJ (In-person) Week 1-3 of training : MF 8 : 00AM4 : 30 PM week 4-6 of training : MF, 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM or 10 : 00AM-6 : 30PM Once training is complete, schedule will be M-F 11 : 30AM-8 : 00PM + 1 Saturday a month. 2 days in office (1 day must be Wednesday); 3 days remote.
