A company is looking for a Senior Member Services Advocate to support clients with inquiries related to spending accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange inquiries
Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange programs
Ensure compliance in processing and complete all transactions timely and accurately
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, or Exchange is required
5+ years of experience in the same areas is ideal
Strong customer-centric mindset and people skills
Comfort level with technology and ability to diagnose technology issues
Exceptional phone etiquette and a team player mentality
