You'll
Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) :
Build and
maintain
relationships that drive revenue growth
with local, regional, and national account customers
Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively
demonstrate
and sell
product
to consumers
Maintain responsibility for growing
account revenue for assigned accounts.
Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement,
etc.
Prepare and conduct product
trainings
and presentations with sales personnel.
Track
the
effectiveness of
trainings
and
makes
suggestions for improvements.
Identify
opportunities for
territory
growth through new potential accounts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
