Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Execute high-level guest experience at a high-volume level
- Oversee prep / production as well as execute service
- Accountable for labor and food cost
- Training & Development of the BOH team
Sous Chef Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef full service, high-volume restaurants.Experience working with French cuisineOpen availability including nights, weekends and holidays.Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes.Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.Proven track record in building high-performing teams.Sous Chef Benefits
