A 4th-generation, family-run precision manufacturer is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead their sales function and drive strategic growth. This is an opportunity to shape and build the entire commercial approach at a business that prides itself on high-quality tube fabrication, exceptional on-time delivery, and long-standing customer relationships.

Job Description :

• Lead the sales function as part of the company's leadership team
• Take ownership of revenue strategy, execution, and team development
• Oversee and mentor an existing inside sales / customer service rep and hire an additional BDR
• Drive both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts
• Work in a highly collaborative, family-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement
