Administrative Assistant
Under the general direction of the Department Manager or Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, and assisting with communication and workflow to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
Answers phones, screens calls, and routes messages appropriately.
Prepares reports, memos, and meeting materials as requested.
Schedules appointments, meetings, and coordinates logistics.
Assists with onboarding and training documentation for new hires.
Maintains confidential employee or client files in compliance with company policies.
Processes mail, deliveries, and internal communications.
Orders and maintains office supplies and materials.
Supports event or meeting planning, including room setup and equipment preparation.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $23.50 - $28.50 Per Hour
