Accounting Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting finance operations? Join our team as an Accounting Administrator and help keep our accounting processes running smoothly!

What You’ll Do

Process supplier invoices and customer billings

Track payments and update ERP records

Support collections and customer account research

Review and process expense reports

Coordinate office maintenance and vendor services

Provide general admin support to Finance and Regional leadership

What You Bring

2+ years’ of accounting experience

Some college coursework in accounting preferred

Proficiency in Excel and Word

Strong communication and multitasking skills

ERP experience is a plus

A proactive, service-oriented mindset
