Location : Spokane, Washington

Duties :

Manage and coordinate a high-volume caseload

Provide legal counsel and effective advocacy in probate, elder law, guardianship, and land use matters

Maintain and build strong client relationships

Prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and estate planning instruments

Represent clients in court and administrative hearings as necessary

Requirements :

3–5 years of experience in probate, guardianship, elder law, or land use

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

Strong commitment to client satisfaction and professional ethics

Effective time management and organizational skills

Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Active license and in good standing with the Washington State Bar

Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in legal document preparation

Courtroom advocacy and litigation support experience

Ability to work collaboratively with legal and administrative staff
