Overview :
Seeking a GMP Field Construction Manager to oversee utility and process piping / equipment installation within an operating GMP facility. This role requires hands-on field coordination, contractor management, and strict adherence to GMP and safety standards during all construction phases.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and coordinate construction activities in live GMP environments.
Oversee installation of process and utility piping / equipment ensuring safety and compliance.
Manage contractors, track schedules, resolve onsite challenges, and ensure quality execution.
Support turnover documentation, redlines, and commissioning packages.
Collaborate with operations to plan and execute work with minimal production disruption.
Qualifications :
4 5 years of construction coordination experience in GMP or regulated facilities (pharma, biotech, or food).
Strong understanding of process / utility piping and equipment installation.
Experience managing field teams, schedules, and documentation.
Familiarity with commissioning, startup, and regulatory expectations in GMP environments.
