Technical Support Engineer

Immediate need for a talented Technical Support Engineer. This is a 10+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $40 - $46 / hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

• Key Skills;  Customer Facing or Support background
• JavaScript debugging
• MySQL, Oracle
• Must have solid object-oriented programming skills in JavaScript debugging.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Platform.
• Understanding of ITSM and the ITIL business process.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Linux and / or UNIX experience.
