Job Description

Lead day-to-day field operations and supervise all subcontractors / trades on site. Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are met. Enforce strict safety and quality standards across the jobsite. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate daily logs, field reports, and progress tracking. Represent the company as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Superintendent should have :

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on Water / Wastewater or Civil / Utility projects
• Strong background in field management, scheduling, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and build positive relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction software tools for reporting and documentation
