Part-Time Positions : Start times range from 6am-8am

Weekend Shifts Thursday-Sunday

Bachman’s Grocery division is looking to hire part-time Floral Merchandisers. Candidates for the role should have a valid driver’s license and a passion for bringing displays to life with beautiful flowers and merchandise.

Position Duties :

• In-store servicing, merchandising, and maintaining proper levels of perishable and hard goods inventory in assigned floral grocery stores.
• Identify, remove, and transfer out old or non-saleable product.
• Determine best-selling products and store trends for each store and make selections of product for delivery.
• Load and deliver to stores and create visually pleasing displays.
• Communicate needs of the business to other business partners.
• Clean, organize and maintain a neat orderly store environment consistent with department design. This includes care and maintenance of perishable & hardgoods products.
• Responsible for multiple locations per day and may involve various loads or long hours during peak.
