Finance Analyst - GO&SC Capital COE

A Day in the Life

This position reports to the Senior Manager of Global Operations Finance supporting the Capital Center of Excellence (COE). The primary focus of this role is to support investments activities for some sites, including business partnering, modeling, planning, reporting, and providing transactional support. This role will partner with other members of the Capital COE to drive efficiencies and standardization across the Medtronic Regional Platforms. Key activities include :

• Financial support of capital at multiple manufacturing sites.
• Business partnering with MFG site Operations to understand capital needs at the site, supporting the financial modeling and forecasting of capital projects.
• Monthly / quarterly forecasting, reporting, and transactional support for manufacturing related capital.
• Support the rollout of standardized processes and identify efficiencies across the Capital COE.

Required Knowledge and Experience : Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $68,800.00 - $103,200.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
