The Events Manager will be responsible for managing all incoming event inquiries, nurturing client relationships, and selling our event packages and products to corporate and private clients across the U.S. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and sales skills — with the ability to represent the Rancher Hat Bar brand professionally and enthusiastically.
You’ll collaborate daily with our existing Events Manager, working as a team to ensure every inquiry receives a same-day response and that each event runs smoothly from first contact to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly (same-day) to all new event inquiries via email and phone
- Schedule and conduct both virtual and in-person meetings with clients
- Sell event packages and products to nationwide companies and organizations
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, and follow-up communications
- Manage balance sheets and spreadsheets for
- Maintain accurate and organized event and client records using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Drive)
- Collaborate with the current Events Manager to ensure consistent communication and seamless event planning
- Track leads, sales, and performance metrics in spreadsheets and CRM tools
- Outreach and bring your own leads in
- Assist in planning logistics for corporate, retail, and promotional events
- Represent the Rancher Hat Bar brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail
- Assist in warehouse and pack bags for
- Handle all invoicing / spreadsheets with accounts receivable and work closely with accountant.
