Accounting & Office Manager
Are you a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a growing company located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Accounting Office Manager to oversee daily financial operations and keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee payroll administration for staff
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end / year-end closing
- Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Support office administration tasks to keep day-to-day functions running efficiently
Qualifications
35 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office management experienceStrong knowledge of payroll, AP / AR, and bookkeeping practicesProficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and MS Office SuiteBilingual in Spanish and English (required)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work on-site daily in downtown ChicagoWhat's in It for You
