A company is looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join their Activation Services team in a remote work opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage EZLynx implementation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes through planning, execution, and communication
Identify customer expectations and provide guidance on best practices and workflows while handling sensitive information
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met and fostering strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management or software implementation experience
Ability to establish credibility with clients through industry, product, and technical knowledge
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently
Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Insurance industry background and hands-on experience using EZLynx software are preferred
