Mill Operator (Rotating Shifts)

POSITION : Mill Operator (Rotating Shifts)

Pay : $20 per hour

Every month the shifts will change.

1st shift- 6am-2pm

2nd shift- 2pm-10pm

3rd shift- 10pm-6am

DUTIES :

Operates all bagging equipment and forklift; Performs other duties related to loading and shipping to accomplish a safe and efficient operation; Maintains good housekeeping practices; Performs any other duties as assigned.

• Starts up machinery, including but not limited to pumps, screws, and silo elevators.
• Operates forklifts to stack and retrieve supplies and materials.
• Pick, pack, bagging, ship and receive equipment.
• Complete inventory and stocking materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor inventory and communicate any shortages.
• Starts up machinery, including, but not limited to, blowers, packaging equipment and cyclone air unit.
• Operates crushing line.
• Maintain consistent flow of plant feed and interact with other operators in order to provide efficient mill production.
