Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR)

Company : EverSpark Interactive

Location : Hybrid Atlanta, GA (in-office 2 days per week)

Compensation : $60,000 -$70,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

A Day in the Life

As EverSparks SDR / BDR, your days are high-energy and focused on building opportunities :

  • Morning : Review your pipeline, follow up with yesterdays prospects, and prep for outreach campaigns.
  • Midday : Hit the phones and LinkedIn hardmake 4060 outbound touches (calls, messages, emails) to decision-makers.
  • Afternoon : Qualify leads, book meetings, and hand off strong opportunities to senior sales leadership.
  • Office Days : Collaborate directly with leadership and marketing, refine strategies, role-play pitches, and align on weekly goals.
  • End of day : Measure progress against your personal goals, celebrate wins, and reset for tomorrow.

    Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound activity through cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns.
  • Confidently pitch EverSparks SEO and PPC services to decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects and set meetings for leadership.
  • Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects.
  • Track all activity and pipeline progress in CRM.
  • Work directly with leadership to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns.

    • Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (agency or SaaS a plus).
  • Excellent communication and pitching skills (phone, LinkedIn, written).
  • Highly organized and disciplined with a track record of meeting goals.
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO / PPCability to learn quickly is key.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset : driven by ownership, growth, and results.
  • Must be based in Atlanta or willing to commute to our Midtown Atlanta office 2 days per week .

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
  • Commission : Uncapped commissions based on closed deals.
  • Bonuses : Additional rewards for exceeding performance goals.
