About Us :

Ox Bar & Hearth™ is a neighborhood restaurant soon to open in Lincoln Park, rooted in seasonality, hospitality, and craftsmanship. We’re building a team of passionate, talented individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a warm, welcoming environment.

Open BOH Roles

  • Lead Prep Cook : Hands on oversight of prep production, ensure standards and organization are met, support the leadership team in training and guiding prep cooks.
  • Prep Cook : Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients according to standards and components to keep service smooth and efficient.
  • Line Cook : Execute dishes with precision and consistency, working closely with the leadership team during service.
  • Dishwasher : Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, washing tableware and cooking equipment, along with other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Pastry Cook : Assist with pastry and dessert production, including doughs, batters, etc ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Receiver : Manage deliveries and inventory, ensuring products are received, checked, stored, and rotated properly to support smooth kitchen operations.
