Responsibilities
- Provide onsite logistical educational support, e.g. distributing course materials, organize tutoring and lab hours, at RCI; minimum of 2 days per week
- Provide open office hours at Center for Urban Research, Teaching and Outreach (CURTO) and Blackboard technical support for faculty teaching at RCI
- Serve as liaison between the EPP, MPEC, and RCI Education staff
- Participate in Blackboard online learning platform training and serve as first point of contact for faculty and students utilizing Blackboard
