Job Title : Collections Supervisor

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collections Supervisor to join our team. The Collections Supervisor will oversee the collections department, ensuring that all collections activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of collections processes. Knowledge of Construction Lien Laws a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead the collections team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections processes and achieve departmental goals.
• Monitor and analyze collections metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
• Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent accounts.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and communications.
