Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to senior Product leadership, providing insights on talent market and compensation trends
Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidates for precision and quality of thought
Design and refine a structured interview process to predict candidate success accurately
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 3 years in Product Management or similar roles
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and complex sourcing strategies
Experience assessing candidates for first principles reasoning and 0-to-1 product development
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with Director and VP-level leaders
Demonstrated business acumen and intellectual curiosity regarding technology and market dynamics
