What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or potential hazards in a timely manner to relevant personnel.Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and provide reassurance to those at the location.Communicate and collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns or provide assistance as needed.Follow all Allied Universal guidelines, procedures, and training while performing assigned duties.What We're Looking For :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.Hospital employees are required to be vaccinated in accordance with hospital policies.Current CPR certification is preferred.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
