Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master with excellent facilitation skills and exceptional speaking and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban, be highly collaborative with team members and stakeholders, and possess experience in process improvements and follow-through. This individual requires minimal management involvement but understands that Leadership and Coaches will provide goals and directions based on company and organizational objectives. Our team operates at a high pace and demonstrates a sense of urgency where needed, always striving to improve performance and quality. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Kanban practices.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.

Drive process improvements and ensure follow-through on initiatives.

Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and principles.

Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth progress.

Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Track and report team progress and metrics, explaining them clearly to the team and stakeholders.

Mentor and support junior Scrum Masters and Agile practitioners.

Manage four teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and coordination.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency and high pace in team operations.

Qualifications :

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Excellent facilitation, speaking, and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in process improvements and ensuring follow-through.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with team members and stakeholders.

Competent in Power BI and Copilot.
