Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Front Office Manager for a contract assignment. This role is fully onsite and requires someone who enjoys being the first point of contact in the office, thrives in a smaller office setting, and is eager to step in and support wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, and ensure a professional front-office experience.
• Manage office operations such as ordering supplies, updating vendor information, and coordinating with service providers.
• Support accounting functions including processing invoices, purchase orders, and assisting with accounts payable / receivable (training provided).
• Organize meetings and help coordinate office events and activities.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized office environment to support daily operations.
