Marketing Coordinator

Location : Charlotte, North CarolinaJob Type : ContractCompensation Range : $31 - 35 per hourWe are seeking a highly organized individual to manage the end-to-end execution of marketing invitations for hundreds of events each year across our line of business. In this role, you will be the key coordinator, responsible for processing and executing different types of marketing materials. A critical part of your job will involve facilitating and securing necessary approvals from various stakeholders and compliance teams, ensuring all materials are executed accurately and on time. If you thrive on coordination, attention to detail, and supporting high-volume marketing efforts, we encourage you to apply!Responsibilities : Provide ongoing support for sponsorships which include marketing materials, logo distribution and ads.Liaison with internal design teams & stakeholders to develop marketing flyers, brochures, biographies, meeting agendas, etc.Coordinating approvals regulatory approvals.
