The Intersect Group is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic legal team in managing complex litigation matters. This role is instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of legal processes, from case management to coordination with outside counsel.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, legal drafting expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to high-impact legal operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage case files, including document collection, organization, and production of discovery materials.
Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely coordination with legal teams.
Draft and review legal correspondence, including cease and desist letters and disinvites.
Create templates and forms for legal documentation and assist in collecting operational metrics.
Collaborate on special legal projects and initiatives as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management / e-discovery software.
Strong legal drafting, research, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
Experience supporting outside counsel and managing legal budgets and invoices.
Paralegal Certificate preferred.
