Summary

This position will be responsible for estimating and preconstruction services which include, but are not limited to, the preparation of estimates, document review and constructability, cost management and value engineering analysis, systems review, variance analysis and historical cost comparisons, and bid solicitation, receipt and evaluation. This position will be responsible for estimates for larger scale projects and / or multiple projects.

Office Requirements :

Salary Range : $85,000 to $119,000 annually, plus auto allowance and discretionary incentive program.

Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs. (2025)
