$35.00 / hr - $40.00 / hr

Position summary

The Audio Visual Break-Fix Technician will report to the Service Operations Manager. AV Technicians provide onsite service support to TRITECH customers. Candidates should have experience troubleshooting and servicing commercially integrated professional audio visual systems, including control processors, digital signal processors, audio / video tele-conferencing systems, video displays, video walls, projectors, screens, wired / wireless microphones, network switches and extender / receiver pairs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot issues, repair equipment, and provide next step resolutions for all audio-visual equipment.
• Coordinate scheduling with the Service Coordination team based out of New York HQ.
• Enter job time entries, notes, closeout information, and in-depth reports to manufacturers, service administrators, and customers.
• Contact and maintain relationships with manufacturers, programmers and project managers for RMAs, program changes and project information.
• Serve as escalation point for previously diagnosed but unresolved issues.
• Transport and deliver audiovisual equipment and packages between TRITECH warehouse and job sites as needed.
