Child and Adolescent Services Supervisor

The Child and Adolescent Services Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing a dynamic team within our outpatient behavioral health services, specifically focused on child and adolescent behavioral health. This role involves development of services that align with community needs, overseeing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for both staff and patients. The Supervisor will drive program development, enhance community outreach, and ensure that treatment goals are met in alignment with best practices. By integrating strategic oversight with hands-on supervision, the position aims to optimize service delivery, promote professional growth, and address the complex mental health needs of young individuals and their families.

Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :

• Master's Degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field
• Licensed in Illinois as LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Must qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Health Arts (LPHA) per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132
• Proven track record in behavioral health treatment with a focus on child and adolescent populations
• Experience as a supervisor in behavioral health treatment preferred
• Experience in conducting individual, family and group counseling
• Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance

Essential Responsibilities :

Schedule : 8-hour shifts

Work Location : Rosecrance Therapies - Chicagoland Region (travel between sites required)
