HireWorks is partnered with a market leader in pavement preservation and maintenance solutions. We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager with strong leadership and entrepreneurial drive to help support growth initiatives in the Dallas / East Texas territory. Company vehicle provided.
ROLE SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop strong knowledge of products, applications, and competitive landscape
- Drive sales within an assigned territory by building relationships with contractors, municipalities, and other key decision makers
- Manage leads, prepare quotes, track sales reports, and maintain accurate records
- Oversee territory promotions, campaigns, and retail support activities
- Conduct client site visits to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting for materials and equipment
- Operate and demonstrate machinery (sealcoating, line striping, crack sealing, etc.) and assist customers with hands-on support
- Handle order processing, deliveries, and occasional mobile repairs to meet client needs
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Anticipate challenges, negotiate effectively, and create solutions that drive results
- Travel extensively within territory, with some overnight stays required
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience selling directly to contractors or municipalities (required)Strong track record of building and growing accounts in a field-based sales roleValid driver’s license and clean driving record; able to tow equipment when neededTechnical aptitude with ability to explain product specs and equipment operationSkilled communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving abilityProficient in Microsoft Office and business software (ERP experience a plus)Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious with high integrityAble to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
