You have many responsibilities, but the most important is getting to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems - you see them coming a mile away. You and your financial advisor are essential in working together to help your clients achieve their most cherished financial goals.

The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. We're proud to serve over nine million clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. • Comprehensive 6-month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you

Edward Jones is based on a legacy of partnership and as a privately held firm we share the success with our associates through various discretionary and variable compensation programs, which includes bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, along with individual performance. The hiring minimum and maximum range shown below is a subset of the total pay range. There is also an opportunity for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Hiring Minimum : $21.38 Hiring Maximum : $22.71
