Job Summary :

Alluvionic is seeking a PMO Manager  to establish and scale our Program Management Office (PMO). This role is a unique growth opportunity to design the PMO from the ground up — setting governance, embedding best practices, and integrating Organizational Change Management (OCM), Lean Six Sigma, and AI enablement into how we operate.

The PMO Manager will ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives, prepare the organization for rapid growth, and help transform efficiency into a branded service offering we can take to market. This is a chance to leave your mark on an organization positioned to achieve $100M growth in the next 8 years.

Location : Remote / Some Travel

Responsibilities :

PMO Formation & Governance

• Establish the PMO structure, governance model, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the central leader for OCM, Lean, AI, and ISO integration.
• Transition ISO responsibilities into PMO oversight to ensure compliance and quality.
