Principal Program Manager
We are seeking a Principal Program Manager GTM / CX Portfolio to lead portfolio planning, initiative prioritization, and executive engagement across our global Go-to-Market (GTM) and Customer Experience (CX) organization.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end GTM / CX portfoliooverseeing work intake, sequencing, and resourcing of initiativeswhile also driving adoption of internal change management processes. You will serve as the orchestrator of executive-facing forums such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessions, ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings deep program and portfolio management expertise, proven success scaling process adoption, and experience driving GTM or CX transformation in a high-growth technology company.
Your impact includes :
A. Portfolio Management & Strategic Planning
- Lead GTM / CX portfolio planning across strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities
- Manage the work intake and prioritization process, ensuring new requests are evaluated, sequenced, and resourced effectively
- Partner with GTM and CX leaders to define priorities, allocate resources, and forecast capacity
- Drive portfolio governance and provide clear visibility to executives on progress, trade-offs, and risks
- Develop executive-ready presentations and materials to support portfolio reviews and strategy discussions
B. Change Management & Process Adoption
Drive adoption of internal GTM / CX change management processesPartner with business leaders, field operations, and enablement to ensure consistent use of new processes and toolsMonitor adoption, identify friction points, and implement improvements to increase compliance and effectivenessEmbed accountability and feedback loops to ensure processes deliver measurable business impactC. Executive Alignment & Communication
Orchestrate key executive forums, including GTM / CX QBRs, All-Hands, and leadership alignment sessionsPartner with functional leaders to shape agendas, curate insights, and ensure clarity of message to stakeholdersDeliver crisp, compelling updates to C-level executives and senior leadership on GTM / CX portfolio health and strategic outcomesBuild strong narratives that connect portfolio initiatives to business results, customer impact, and field productivityYour experience includes :
Must have 12+ years of program / portfolio management or strategy experience, preferably in GTM or CX functions at a SaaS or enterprise technology company with a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Strong background in portfolio planning, work intake / prioritization, and executive communicationsDemonstrated success driving adoption of internal processes and frameworks across large global teamsExperience in leading change management initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and tools, monitoring effectiveness, and embedding accountability for measurable business impactExperience running executive forums such as QBRs, All-Hands, or cross-functional leadership sessionsProven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, balancing detail with big-picture thinkingExcellent communication and presentation skillsable to influence C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building clarity through structureConsulting background or experience in large-scale GTM / CX transformations a plusLocated in bay area to be onsite.The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales / commissioned roles) is expected to be $155000 - $251000 / YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
