Copia Automation is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team!
Who you are :
As an SDR at Copia, you’ll be on the front line of growing our pipeline. You will own the critical top-of-funnel efforts : identifying, engaging, qualifying leads, and scheduling meaningful meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and sales to refine messaging and feedback loops. Success in this role means helping Copia scale while learning deeply about industrial automation, DevOps, and software sales.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a proven track record of success. Heavy cold calling on a daily basis is a large part of this role. To be successful, applicants need to have a confident vocal presence and the ability to think on their feet when speaking to prospects.
