As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the accounting function, supporting new business initiatives, and helping build scalable processes to sustain long-term growth. You'll work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for multiple entities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Consolidate and analyze financial results across entities.
- Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies across all entities.
- Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and transfers.
- Maintain fixed asset subledger and reconcile it to the general ledger.
- Prepare monthly fixed asset roll-forward and depreciation schedules.
- Maintain lease records and ensure accurate accounting in accordance with ASC 842.
- Coordinate with real estate, legal, and operations teams to obtain and interpret lease agreements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA track strongly preferred3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or mediaSolid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practicesERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plusStrong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a growing, fast-paced environmentWhy This Company?
