Administrative Assistant – Licensing & Compliance Support
LHH is currently partnering with an organization in Ashburn, VA that is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join their team at the Support Center.
This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. The hourly pay ranges from $23 to $27, depending on experience.
This role requires on-site attendance five days a week and is expected to begin on October 20th.
Develop a strong understanding of our business operations and the regulatory licensing landscape
Track and monitor business, health, liquor, and other permits related to our operations
Prepare and submit applications and disclosure documents to local, state, and federal agencies
Oversee execution, organization, and retention of licensing documents
Conduct due diligence on third parties and assist with legal and regulatory research
Collaborate with internal departments to gather required information and support compliance needs
Support the legal / compliance team with additional administrative projects as needed
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
Experience in a legal, compliance, or licensing environment is a plus, but not required
